Salmon Recipe
Our greatest wealth is health and good food is the secret. Did you know salmon is oilier than most fish but is recommended for its omega-3 fatty acids, which helps to lower cholesterol.
Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1 lemon š
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon fresh dill
- 1 teaspoon Tan-Tan Moroccan Seasoning
Instructions
- Wash and pat dry salmon.
- Place on tray and season with spices, salt and pepper.
- Add olive oil, sliced lemons and fresh dill.
- Bake fish at 350F for 15-20 minutes, or until it just flakes with a fork.
- Steam broccoli on the stovetop for about 8 minutes. Et voila!
