Salmon Recipe

Our greatest wealth is health and good food is the secret. Did you know salmon is oilier than most fish but is recommended for its omega-3 fatty acids, which helps to lower cholesterol.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1 lemon šŸ‹
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon fresh dill
  • 1 teaspoon Tan-Tan Moroccan Seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Wash and pat dry salmon.
  • Place on tray and season with spices, salt and pepper.
  • Add olive oil, sliced lemons and fresh dill.
  • Bake fish at 350F for 15-20 minutes, or until it just flakes with a fork.
  • Steam broccoli on the stovetop for about 8 minutes. Et voila!
