Please don’t undo the good choice of a nutritious green bowl by adding a creamy dressing! All you need is good olive oil, lemon and salt/pepper. Keep it light and healthy. This is my favorite green bowl. Go get these ingredients.

- 1 cup brown rice
- 1 bag spinach
- ½ cup arugula
- ½ cup broccoli
- ½ cup peas
- 1 avocado
- 1 stalk asparagus
- sunflower/sesame seeds (optional)
