Cooking fish
I get asked a lot about how to cook fish. Although fish may at first seem intimidating, it’s quite simple. Pro tip: buy the freshest fish as possible.
Instructions
- Add good quality EVOO, kosher salt/pepper, and fresh herbs if you have on hand. (In this salmon I added thyme from my garden.)
- Pop salmon in the oven for 15 minutes at 400F.
- Squeeze fresh lemon juice.
- Add roasted vegetable/potatoes medley and you have a delicious and nutritious family meal.
