Did you you know paella Valenciana is as authentic as you get? As the first region in Spain to cultivate rice, Valencia is the birthplace of rice cuisine. Therefore the best known paella recipe is for Paella Valenciana. Paella for me is the epitome of cozy.

You might think it’s hard to make but it’s actually quite simple…it just takes a while due to to layering process.

I added my twist on food muse @inagarten lobster paella by adding Spanish chorizo, crab meat and subsisted Pernod for Anisette.
