Did you know watermelon won't spike your blood sugar? Known as the wonder fruit, it is 90% hydrating. When I am craving a slightly sweet cocktail watermelon is my go-to. This is a cocktail you can feel good about that won't break the scale. Cheers!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cups cubed watermelon
  • 1/3 cup tequila
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice (2 limes)

Notes

1. Place the two cups of cubed watermelon in a blender and blend until smooth.
2. Strain the juice through a fine-mesh sieve into a cocktail shaker.
3. Add tequila and lime juice.
4. Fill with ice and shake vigorously until well-chilled.
5. Strain into ice-filled glass and garnish with a slice of watermelon. Enjoy!
