Branzino Recipe
Branzino Recipe
I love seafood, all shapes and sizes. We probably eat it 2 to 3 times a week. When it comes to fish my all-time favorites are corvina (found in Peru/Chile), cod, branzino & loup de mer (the last two are found in the Mediterranean). I found branzino at my local Italian store, Doris. One of the best things about Boca. I love it so much. I asked the fisherman to clean and slice the fish in half. Preparation is super simple.
Ingredients
- 1 spoonful good extra virgin oil
- Kosher Salt
- Pepper
- Chopped up Lemon Slices
- Green Beans
Instructions
- Pop it in the oven at 400 degrees for 12 minutes.
- At the same time bring a pot of water to boil, add bag of green beans and cook for about 8 minutes.
- Shock in cold water to stop cooking.
- Add Himalayan salt to taste.
Notes
Et voila a simple, nutritious & tasty meal. My kids love it so much. I like to eat my fish outside staring at a Florida pink sky. Do you cook fish for the family?
