In times of covid, it is imperative to pay extra attention to what we eat. This is my Feli shake full of nutrients, antioxidants and vitamins. When I am feeling run down and feel like I need a boost, this is my go to smoothie. I add a few slices of fresh ginger to boost your immune system and detox the body. Are you a smoothie person? If so, team fruits or veggies?

Add all ingredients to the blender in the order listed. Blitz until desired consistency. Add a garnish of choice I love to sprinkle granola by Woatsnack.
