My version of a winter cocktail. I call it dessert in a glass. When you live in the tropics you make piña coladas. It’s 80F today here in South Florida. This festive cocktail will teleport you to a white sandy beach complete cabana boy included 😂🏖🍸
Ingredients
- 7 ounces cream of coconut @goyafoods
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup fresh pineapple chunks
- 1/2 tbs brown sugar @dominosugar
- 2 cups ice
- 3-4 ounces rum
Notes
Garnish with whipped cream, pineapple wedge, maraschino cherries
1. Add cream of coconut, pineapple juice, pineapple chunks, sugar, ice, rum in blender
2. Blend the mixture until smooth
3. Pour mixture into a cocktail glass and top with whipped cream
4. Garnish drink with cherry and pineapple wedge. Makes 2 servings.
